Two surfaces over one register: the app a citizen working abroad carries, and the console the ministry watches. Both read and write the same records, so a payment made on the phone moves the number on the dashboard.

Registered, abroad, collected this month, in arrears — every figure a live query, plus collection by region, recorded remittance, and the alert queues.

This is a prototype running on demo data. No row describes a real person. Biometric enrolment is recorded as a fact — a date — and no biometric template is stored or transmitted anywhere in this build. What is not built is listed in the README and marked “soon” in the navigation rather than linked to an empty page.
